TW25 automatic tailored blank laser welding machine is mainly composed of laser, welding head, Hans control system, double loading trolley robot, preset position workbench, double material detection device, centering mechanisms, shuttle mechanism, plate pressing mechanism, weld joint tracking and testing and so on.
It is fully automated laser tailor-welding line, mainly used for auto unequal plate welding, Personnel only need timing refueling, and the loading and unloading do not affect the production of equipment. The equipment can also be switched to manual feeding or manual feeding mode.
